1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Hull Pops (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site, including users who create an account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and to submit information through our forms. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Site, you agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf and are responsible for the minor’s activity.

2. Service description

Hull Pops provides informational and educational content related to rare and collectible vinyl figures and designer toys. The Site may include curated research frameworks, educational articles, checklists, category explanations, and example research cards that discuss factors such as edition size, release history, demand signals, authentication considerations, condition sensitivity, and total cost of ownership.

Hull Pops does not provide personalised financial advice, does not act as an investment manager, and does not manage client funds. Any references to “investing” are intended to describe an educational approach to collectibles as an alternative asset class. The Site does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any product or investment. Any decision you make based on Site content is made at your own risk.

We may provide account functionality (for example, saving preferences). We may change the features and content of the Site at any time, including adding, removing, or modifying content, categories, and tools.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate, current, and not misleading.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and use a strong, unique password.
• Use only one account per person unless we approve otherwise in writing.
• Do not share access, sell access, or allow others to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Site except as expressly permitted by law or by our written permission.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site, harms us or other users, or violates applicable law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to access, copy, or collect Site data without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the Site.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Site.
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited promotions through or in connection with the Site.
• Using the Site in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Engaging in fraud, deception, or unlawful activity, including activity related to counterfeit goods.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of content on the Site. Any reliance you place on the Site is strictly at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HULL POPS LTD, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Site in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HULL POPS LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Third-party links

The Site may reference third-party products, marketplaces, tools, or resources for informational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk, and you should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

11. Governing law

12. Dispute resolution

Before commencing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. The notice must include your name, a description of the dispute, and the relief sought. If the dispute is not resolved within the 30-day period, either party may commence proceedings in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section above.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including any account functionality, at any time and with or without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time.

Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any other sections intended to survive.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect 14 days after posting on this page unless a change is required by law or is necessary to address security, fraud, or operational issues, in which case changes may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
